For the third edition of Citygroup Bulletin, Bill Jenkins has presented a collection of marble-sized paper mache balls formatted in a display that recalls the newspaper pages that they are made from. waypoints is placed at the entryway into the Citygroup space, in conjunction with Manifesting Manifestos, an exhibition about the collective composition of a new manifesto. This hybrid of document and sculpture seeks a middle ground between representing the world and being in it.
